Our compressors and facility are routinely subject to U.S. Government inspection as required for critical military applications.

Sauer Compressors USA maintains fully staffed engineering and service teams. Service and warranty issues are handled directly out of our office in Stevensville, MD or San Diego, CA. On-site support by qualified technicians is available throughout the life cycle of the product all over the world.
Sauer Compressors USA service teams provide post-warranty support to our customers 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Our service teams routinely support our plant and shipyard customers with on-site maintenance assistance and training.
Sauer USA has a full supply of spare parts on hand in our warehouse in Stevensville, MD, ready for immediate shipment for next day delivery to almost anywhere in North America, thus minimizing the amount of warehoused spares inventory required by our customers. We also guaranty parts availability for a minimum of 30 years after the compressor delivery.
